We currently offer online purchases and shipping within India.

2. Eligibility

To place an order through our Website, you must:

PAXBURY™ offers fashion, apparel and other products as made available on the Website.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information, including descriptions, colours, sizes, materials, images and prices.

Please note:

Product colours may appear slightly different depending on device displays and lighting.
Garment measurements may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
Product availability may depend on the production partner's capacity and material availability.
Product images may include digital mockups or illustrations intended to represent the finished product.

We will not knowingly misrepresent a product's material characteristics.

If an item is defective, incorrectly supplied or materially different from its description, the applicable remedies will be governed by our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy and relevant consumer protection laws.

4. Made-to-Order Production

Selected products, including our PAXBURY™ STUDIO 001 collection, are produced or printed on demand through authorized fulfillment partners.

This means that production may begin after successful payment and order confirmation.

Because products may be prepared specifically for an order:

Production and dispatch can take longer than ready-stock products.
Changes to product size, colour or design may not be possible once production has begun.
Cancellations after production begins may be restricted, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Routine size or preference-based exchanges may not be offered for correctly supplied made-to-order products.

Please review the product description and size chart carefully before purchasing.

These terms do not restrict your rights concerning defective, incorrect, damaged or materially misdescribed products.

5. Pricing, Taxes and Charges

All product prices displayed on our Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

For products sold to customers in India:

Displayed prices are intended to include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), as configured at checkout.
Any applicable shipping, handling or other charges will be disclosed before order placement.
We currently offer free standard shipping within serviceable locations in India, as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

The order summary presented during checkout will show the applicable total and any separately disclosed charges.

We may change product prices or promotions at any time. Price changes will not retroactively alter confirmed orders except where the customer expressly agrees or applicable law permits.

Pricing Errors

If a product is incorrectly priced due to a genuine technical or administrative error, we may contact you to explain the issue.

Where an order cannot be fulfilled at the confirmed price, we will offer an appropriate resolution or cancel the affected order and issue a full refund of the amount received.

We will not charge an increased amount without your agreement.

6. Orders and Order Acceptance

When you place an order, you submit a request to purchase the selected products.

After successful checkout, you will normally receive an electronic order acknowledgment or confirmation.

An automated payment receipt confirms that your payment information has been processed; it does not guarantee availability in the event of a genuine error or an inability to fulfill the order.

An order is accepted when we confirm it for fulfillment or begin production, whichever occurs first.

We may be unable to fulfill an order because of:

Unavailability of required materials or product variants.
A genuine pricing or product listing error.
Payment authorization or verification problems.
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
An unserviceable delivery address.
Legal or operational restrictions that prevent fulfillment.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will arrange an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

We will communicate material order changes or cancellation decisions using the contact information provided at checkout.

7. Payments

PAXBURY currently accepts prepaid online orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not currently offered.

Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment service providers, including Razorpay where available.

Supported payment methods may include UPI, debit cards, credit cards, netbanking or other methods displayed during checkout.

You agree to:

Provide accurate payment and billing information.
Use payment instruments you are authorized to use.
Complete any authentication required by the payment provider or issuing bank.

Payment authorization, settlement, refunds and certain payment disputes are subject to the applicable payment provider's processing systems and rules.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to serviceable locations within India.

Selected PAXBURY products require production time before dispatch.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless a specific commitment is expressly provided.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays and resolve non-delivery or delivery-related issues in accordance with our policies and applicable law.

9. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns, replacements, refunds and exchanges are governed by our published Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

For eligible product issues, including defective, damaged, incorrect or materially misdescribed items, customers may request an appropriate resolution.

Because selected products are made on demand, routine change-of-mind returns and exchanges may be restricted where legally permitted.

10. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at care@paxbury.com, quoting your order number.

Cancellation is generally possible before production begins, subject to order verification and operational circumstances.

Once production has started, cancellation may not be available for a made-to-order product.

Orders already dispatched generally cannot be cancelled through our normal order cancellation process.

Requests relating to non-delivery, significant delay, defective products or other legally protected matters will be reviewed separately in accordance with applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property and Trademarks

The PAXBURY™ brand name, associated marks, artwork, product designs and visual identity are used in connection with the products and services offered on this Website.

Rights in trademarks remain with their respective proprietors or other lawful rights holders.

The use of the ™ symbol indicates a claim to trademark rights and does not, by itself, represent that a mark is registered.

Website content, including photographs, graphics, product copy, layouts and other original materials, is owned by Paxbury Brands LLP or used under appropriate rights or permissions, unless otherwise indicated.

For formal consumer grievances, we aim to acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and resolve complaints within one month, in accordance with applicable e-commerce consumer protection requirements.

Nothing in these Terms limits your right to approach an appropriate consumer protection authority or other competent forum.
