All prices displayed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are generally inclusive of applicable GST, unless stated otherwise.

In case of any pricing error or discrepancy, we reserve the right to cancel the order and initiate a full refund.

5. Order process & acceptance

When you place an order, it constitutes an offer to purchase products from us.

Order acceptance occurs only when your order is confirmed and dispatched, and we send you a shipping confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to reasons including but not limited to:

Product out of stock
Errors in pricing or product information
Issues with payment authorisation
Suspected fraud or misuse

In such cases, any amount debited will be refunded back to your original payment method.

6. Payment terms

Paxbury currently accepts prepaid orders only.
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time.
Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay and others).

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site.
